The Silver Heart Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. The inn is open year round. Please call for special situations with children and pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the inn or cottage; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Check In: 3pm- 6pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check Out: 11am. Must be strictly adhered to. If you need to extend your stay, charges can be applied to your card.
Minimum Stay: Two nights on Weekend/Holidays
Payment Method: We accept major credit cards, checks and cash. Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made in the form of gift certificates redeemable within one year.
Group Bookings: Bookings of two or more rooms for the same nights require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due at check-in. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days in advance, no additional charges will be due. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in advance, the full balance will be charged.
Smoking is not permitted inside the inn or cottage; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this policy.
No Pets. Please call for some special allowances (additional charges may apply).
Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
We reserve the right to ask disruptive or destructive guests to leave without refund.
In the event that we have to cancel a reservation, a full refund will be made.
Corporate Rates: 10% discount.
Military Rates: 10% discount with valid active duty or reserve military ID.
Clergy Rates: 25% discount for active clergy with verification.
We honor gift certificates from BedandBreakfast.com, as well as certificates issued by us. Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver’s license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
